ordering
when you place
an order with us online we automatically send confirmation of it
to you in an email that includes the order number, plus all order
and personal details. if you DO NOT receive this confirmation it
means we have not received your order. the internet does this from
time to time. if you have not heard from us within 3 working days
of placing an order, please email
or telephone us on 0845 644 2814 and we'll come to the rescue. obviously
your order is very important to us and our customer care is a personal
matter.
delivery
the UK charge
for postage and packaging is £5.00, while the rest of Europe
is £6.00.
our standard delivery time is 48 hours.
if in stock, orders are despatched immediately by ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL
DELIVERY which guarantees next day delivery and insures the item
whilst in transit. the package will be delivered before 12 noon
and will have to be signed for.
free delivery on orders over £100 - this does not apply to
commissions.
we will contact you with an estimated delivery time for items that
are out of stock or for special commissions.
returns
policy
all our jewellery
carries a FULL MONEY BACK guarantee.
any item you order from us can be returned for replacement or refund
within 14 days of the date it was shipped, provided the jewellery
is returned in new and unworn condition with all the original packaging
materials.
the jewellery must be returned by ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY which
guarantees next day delivery and is insured whilst in transit.
we will exchange/refund the original purchase price of the jewellery
returned less delivery costs.
remember to include your name and address, along with details of
whether you'd like a refund or a replacement.

returned to us arriving damaged, or lost, will not be credited
jewellery damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no
cost with free delivery
please inform us of damages within three days of receiving
the order and return the complete package, together with the damaged
item
